Which Twitter Client is for me?

 Hurm... It's pretty obvious that I'm lazy with updating my blog now even my main blog. Oh well, lets slide that and go to the main point of this blog entry.

What is Twitter?

** Twitter is the social network similar to Friendster, MySpace, Tagged etc. but it only involve your post (tweets), follows and followers. It has more than that but lets just say the main point of Twitter are those 3 elements.

Simply put, you can't view other tweets from other twitter user if you don't follow them and vice versa. Follow and follower are similar to friends system in most social networking hosting.

What is Twitter Client?
** Twitter client is how you handle your twitter account from posting tweets to organize your particular setting. If you're a newcomer to Twitter, your default option would be the default Twitter website which has the most function available for you.

If by any chances going to web ie. opening browser, login and tweet is a hassle, there's always alternative to those. There's hundreds of twitter client you can choose out there, Tweetdeck, twicca, janetter, rockmelt, gwibber and many more. You name it. Each twitter client has their own advantage and disadvantage so you had to choose your own preferred twitter client.

What Twitter Client is perfect for me?
** If you would just to tweet and reply mentions mostly and has portable function, I would recommend Twicca for Android. Simple look yet perfect for on-the-go. If you still using old symbian (Nokia) or non-smart phone, there's always tweet by SMS (txt) and tweets60. For iPhone user, sorry I'm not a fan of Apple products so no recommendation from me for that platform.

For user who like to see their tweets as desktop, TweetDeck, Janetter and RockMelt is definitely for you. Those 3 I mention fulfill as semi-perfect twitter client for desktop user and support desktop view, adjustable timeline, notification, auto-load new tweets etc. For now, TweetDeck and RockMelt also support Facebook and other social network account to be integrated with these client.

For people who want to still using web as their tweeting platform but got bored with default twitter web, I would recommend Twipple since it has a lot of cool design for your twitter page but it's only available in Japanese only. You may try to google for other twitter web client out there but beware of dragons!

That's it for my recommendation. I still am trying other possible twitter client out there that suits me but most best Twitter design are from Japan like Twicca and Twipple but if you can find one that needs recommendation, be sure to hook me up and I'll try it out for sure. Twitter FTW!!

Going back for 2nd semester

Yeah before I know it, 2 month had already pass and in less than a week, I had to go back to my college to continue further my studies.

Well then what have I done in the last 2 months? Practically just goofing around. No part-time job, no going outside and play, just practically nothing. Simple as wake up, eat and sleep.

Lets see... for unrelated events in 2 months, I manage to finish up Disgaea, Atelier Iris 2 and other games I should be finished before going back. Yeah I like games so it's kinda unavoidable for me to remove them from my daily lives. Still need to finish up Disgaea 2 and Mana Khemia though.

For anime, #korezon and #nyaruko has ended but #hyouka #accelworld #medakabox #sankarea still unfinish. Sankarea should have been finished by this weekend but the encoding site Minitheatre was down so I couldn't download them. I know there's alternative way to watch them but I need to complete my collection so I can watch them back without going online... Not to mention there's other anime I need to watch in Summer season and by lots.

For events, I've gone to KL with my family early June. Lets call it unforesee events for me. It was practically rare for us to go to KL for sightseeing and stuff but I was lucky enough my parents choose the date. It was the same day #AFAMY or Anime Festival Asia Malaysia event located at PWTC. Heck yeah I was planning to go there but kinda low on cash but when my parents say we're going to KL, 'Perfect Oppurtunity'!!

Yeah it was the 1st anime event that I've gone to and I enjoyed it although I didn't get to buy any souvenir from the event because I was really short on cash. *bummer*

Well yeah that's about it about my boring holiday. Updating blog so it won't die. Thought about getting my own domain and open my own site but it'll done later if I wasn't lazy enough to do everything... Well then, じゃな！

Programming is totally my study course!

Not to brag but after seeing the 1st semester result of mine few days ago (above pic), I was totally jumped. After all, this is my first time of my life I got result with TPG slightly above 3.50 which is the best. When I was in UiTM, the best result I could get was 2.61, below 3.0 pointer which is bad.

After this motivational pointer, I'll certainly try to do my best to get better grade and excel more to be a new programmer even though it's just for Diploma course. Some of my classmates didn't do so well in the last final exams and some were have to repeat one or two papers and mostly were Maths.

And yes I did felt weird about one thing. I wasn't very good with Math apparently and only targeted highest for B grade but I get A in the final exam. That's the weird thing...

Oh well, the bragging ends now. It's not like anyone would read this anyway.

It's been long...

Haha, if you hadn't notice, the date margin between this post and previous post were somewhat huge. Yes, it's been long I ditched this blog and also my other anime-specific blog, AerialSight and to calculate it my month, it's almost 7 months in here and 8 month for the other blog.

If you've been notice too at the left pane of this site, you'll see something difference, the Twitter feed. What's the latest and when? Haha, yes I've been an active Twitter user since last year and still use 'em. Apart from Twitter I still visit Tagged from time to time, just to play Pets (although I'm not very fond with social networking games etc.)

Facebook!? You've got to be kidding me. I hate those. Hate it so much I don't even want to visit it anymore but due to some of my current classmates need some info from me, I'll open it from time to time (seldom, not always). In holiday, guess what, I'll let my FB rot. Haha... I don't even want to open it.

Now you're questioning why I hate facebook. A lot of reasons actually and I'll state the obvious, IT'S TOO D*** POPULAR. Facebook had conquer the internet and in my country, almost 90% of population have facebook account. I hate super uber popular and just like average joe sites etc. Other reasons are common. Games, wall-to-wall, poke, timeline, block friend request etc.

The heck!? Why I'm talking about facebook on my homecoming? Geh screw you facebook *kick the wall*. Ehem... I guess I had nothing to write for now, just I'll continue to redesign and update both of my blog tomorrow.
